We warrant to the consumer/purchaser that each new product sold by us will be free from manufacturing defects in normal service for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase (excluding wear and tear, abuse and hoses). For units with Honda Motors the warranty on the Honda Motor is 2 years. All General Pumps are 5 years on crankcase, 1 year on packings, pistons and valves. Lifetime on pump head.

This warranty is for replacement or repair of defective parts only, and does not provide for replacement of complete products due to a defective part or parts, nor does it cover any charges of whatever nature in connection with the replacement of any such defective parts.

We shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind including, but not limited to, labor costs or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts.

Tomahawk makes no warranties, either expressed or implied or statutory, including merchantability beyond what is declared above. In no event shall Tomahawk be liable, in any manner, for consequential or indirect damages including, but not limited to loss of profits, plant down time, spotting of vehicles, or suits by a third party against buyer.
